President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Super Falcons on their victory over South Africa in the semi-finals of the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
In a post shared on X, the president described the team’s performance as “superlative” and praised their grit and talent.

Tinubu said the team had made the nation proud and urged them to go all the way and secure Nigeria’s 10th WAFCON title.
