Abia state governor, Alex Otti, has appointed soccer superstar Kanu Nwankwo, musician, J.Martins and 28 others into his cabinet.
The governor’s chief press secretary, Kazie Uko, who disclosed this in a statement noted that the appointments take immediate effect.
