The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has insisted that the ministerial list recently made public has shown that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is determined to perform well in his administration.
APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, said Tinubu took his time to select his team of ministers.
Speaking with Channels Television’s Politics Today, Morka said Tinubu is careful in selecting a team that will help drive his vision and help the administration’s success.
Morka reiterated that the president is determined to do well in office.
His words:
“He has taken his time. I know a lot of people were expecting that this list would have come out sooner than it did, but the man (is) really taking a lot of care to ensure that he puts together a team that can help him succeed as President.”
On Thursday, Tinubu transmitted a 28-man list of ministerial nominees to the Senate.
Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, presented the list to the Senate.
