Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has joined in well-wishers of Peter Obi to celebrate him as the former Anambra governor marks his 63rd birthday today.
In a post on social media, Atiku described his former running mate as a ”dedicated patriot.”
His words: ”On behalf of my family, I extend hearty birthday wishes to my good friend, a dedicated patriot and former Governor of Anambra State,
Peter Obi, on his 63rd birthday.
”May you enjoy many more years of good health and continued service to our nation.”
Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, was Atiku’s running mate in the 2019 elections under the Peoples Democratic Party.
Already, there are rumours that the duo may align again ahead of the 2027 elections against incumbent, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
