The Ooni of Ife has assembled a group of Top Yoruba sons and daughters to look into the case of Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Igboho, who is currently in detention in Cotonou, Benin Republic.
Igboho was arrested on Monday alongside his wife, Ropo as he attempted to flee to Germany. The group known as ‘Ooni Caucus’ has been tasked to investigate and come up with ways to resolve Igboho’s current dilemma.
