The immediate past President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Nnia Nwodo, has reviewed the situation of Nigeria, calling for a federating unit that allows regions to control their security, as a means of creating cohesion in the country.
Nwodo was speaking at the second plenary of the Catholic Bishop’s Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) in Enugu State on Sunday.
In his address, Nwodo, the Chairman of the Opening Session of the Conference, narrated the various challenges being faced by the country and offered advice on what the Church can do to effectively engage in rebuilding Nigeria.
