Married women posted outside their husbands’ locations have been advised to apply for redeployment by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
In a post made on its official X handle, the NYSC on Monday, August 26, said married female prospective corps members who have been posted to states where their husbands do not reside can request redeployment of service location.
The NYSC’s post titled, “ATTENTION ALL 2024 BATCH ”B” STREAM II MARRIED FEMALE PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS, said these individuals should report to the nearest NYSC Orientation Camp for their state of Deployment to be changed.
It said, “They are to report during the period of registration at the Orientation Camps with copies of their marital and other relevant documents as evidence. Once the change is made it will reflect on their dashboard for reprinting.”
