Olusola Arabambi, the Ayedaade/Irewole/Isokan federal constituency, House of Representatives candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State, is dead.
POLITICS NIGERIA learned that Arabambi died on Saturday. Details surrounding his death are unclear.
Condolence messages have been pouring in following Arabambi’s exit.
Reacting to the PDP House of Representatives candidate’s demise, the Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke expressed shock.
In a statement signed by Olawale Rasheed, Adeleke said the PDP Osun State chapter will miss Arabambi’s loyalty and commitment.
“This is sad and unfortunate. Late Arabambi is a loyal and committed leader of the party from that federal constituency, a true man of the people and candidate for the House of Representatives.
“I send my heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, associates and all members of the party.
“The party and the state will miss his loyalty and commitment to the party and people of his constituency. We pray the good Lord grant his soul eternal rest,” the governor said.
