Former Vice Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi has reacted to the death of Haruna Tambuwal, the father of Aminu Tambuwal, the Governor of Sokoto State.
Obi, in a statement on Tuesday via Twitter offered condolences to the Tambuwal family over the loss.
“My dear brother Gov @AWTambuwal, I received the news of the death of your beloved father with sadness. On behalf of my family, please accept my deepest condolences.”
“I pray that Almighty God shall strengthen and comfort you and yours. May his soul rest in peace. Amen. – PO” he wrote.
