The member representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency, Samaila Suleiman, has cried out over an alleged impending demolition of his house by the Nasir El Rufai government.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Suleiman said that Governor El Rufai has revoked the Right Of Occupancy of his residence in Kawo New Extension, Kaduna.
Recall that in March, Suleiman resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The 41-year-old legislator left the ruling party following an eagle-eye interest of Governor El-Rufai’s eldest son, Bello, in his seat at the green chamber.
Now a member of the main opposition, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Suleiman raised another allegation of intimidation.
“I am in receipt of a letter from my Governor, H.E Nasir Elrufa’i revoking the Right Of Occupancy of my residence in Kawo New Extension, Kaduna.
“We are expecting demolition any moment. We are full of strength and thankful to Allah for his continued blessings. “Power is transient. Power can flow from one person to another,” he wrote on his official Facebook page on Friday.
Military leadership is far better than military styled leadership under democratic dispensation. Only deep thinkers can understand that many governors are now state tigers and dictators. If power resides more on the states, there may be anarchy. But the ideal is devolve majority power to the states and local governments.
