Stop pushing your third term agenda, PDP replies Oshiomhole

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has  asked the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, to stop pushing his party’s third term agenda.

This is in reply to Oshiomole’s allegation that the PDP are the one pushing the third term rumour.

The opposition party in a statement signed by Kola Ologbondiyan, the national publicity secretary, told Oshiomhole that his visits to the presidential villa will not save him from the political mess he is in nor prosecution over allegations of corruption and mismanagement of state resources while he was the governor of Edo state.

“The PDP further notes that such mission to the Villa, like the one Oshiomhole made today, will also not save the APC from fizzling before 2023, as even alluded to by President Muhammadu Buhari in his apprehensions about the gloomy future of the APC

“Mr Oshiomhole should, therefore, stop sounding like a broken brass in his attempt to launder a failed merchandise.”

Ologbondiyan added that the APC’s days at the centre are numbered as Nigerians have tired of the abuse of law, disregard for human rights, and many hardships they have faced under the Buhari administration. He said they (Nigerians) already are counting down to 2023.

“It would interest Oshiomhole to know that if anything, Nigerians are already counting days for May 29, 2023, when the APC and the Buhari administration will be consigned to the dustbin of history.

  1. “Oshiomhole should, therefore, accept the fact that Nigerians have moved ahead towards 2023 and that the APC is not in their equation,” he added.
