President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Cornelius Oluwasegun Adebayo as the new Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA).
Adebayo, the son of former Kwara State Governor Chief Cornelius Adebayo, is a seasoned engineer and expert in community and social development.
A statement from the presidency said he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role at NALDA.
In the statement by presidential spokesman Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu expressed confidence in Adebayo’s ability to support and drive the growth of Nigeria’s agricultural sector.
“The President expects the new Chief Executive Officer of NALDA to deploy his competence and experience in supporting and driving the growth and sustainability of Nigeria’s agricultural sector,” Ngelale said.
