Mr. Hitler Nwala, a Digital Forensic Analyst and witness of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has raised some serious allegations against the declaration of Bola Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election.
He raised the allegations at the Presidential Election Petitions Court in Abuja while giving evidence as an expert witness for the petitioners in their petition challenging the outcome of the Feb. 25 presidential election.
Here are the allegations raised against Tinubu:
1) Tinubu failed to secure the mandatory 25% of votes cast in FCT
2) INEC deliberately deleted the FCT Presidential election result from the BVAS machine.
Meanwhile, counsel for President Bola Tinubu, Mr. Wole Olanipekun (SAN), confronted the witness with a portion of his report where he said that from his inspection of the machines, nothing was intrinsically wrong with them.
The witness said he was not in Abuja, so he couldn’t have known if something went wrong with the machines on election day.
The witness referenced in his report that the forensic inspection of the BVAS machine and IReV report was according to a court order urging INEC to allow inspection.
