“What Nobody Knows” – Eyewitness at Mmesoma’s Exam Hall Shares New Details, Glitch During UTME

Ilumina Light, a Facebook user, has recently shared details of an incident that occurred in Mmesoma Ejikeme’s examination hall.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Light’s social media post is in defence of Mmesoma Ejikeme, who has been trending in the media space due to allegations by JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) of inflating her Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (score).

According to Light, during the computer-based test (CBT), Mmesoma encountered technical glitches that caused her system to malfunction and cease functioning altogether.

Subsequently, the examiners intervened and took some time to rectify the issue, allowing her to resume her examination.

Light emphasised that this incident remained unknown to the public, prompting him to share the story. He acknowledged Mmesoma’s fervent commitment not only to studying but also to achieving remarkable academic success.

“What you may be unaware of is that MMESOMA actually scored an impressive 249, a score that could easily secure admission,” Light said.

“But it doesn’t end there. During the CBT, her system encountered glitches that required the examiners to invest considerable time in resolving the problem, enabling her to finish the test alongside her peers.”

He further pointed out the apparent confidence displayed by Mmesoma during interviews, suggesting that her intellect was skillfully employed to conceal the truth.

Nevertheless, Light cautioned against succumbing to desperation and pursuing any means necessary to achieve our goals.

Recall that Osita Chidoka, former Minister of Aviation and proprietor of the Computer-Based Testing (CBT) centre where Mmesoma Ejikeme sat for the 2023 UTME), urged the candidate to clarify the source of her result.

Chidoka expressed willingness to advocate for leniency from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) if Mmesoma came clean about her result’s authenticity. The former minister raised concerns after discovering two discrepancies that aroused suspicion.

Firstly, the alleged JAMB slip she was with did not accurately state the name of the testing centre. Secondly, the result template differed from the one used by JAMB in 2023.

This newspaper earlier reported that Mmesoma admitted to faking her scores from 249 to 362.
