As the 2023 election approaches, Kogi State Deputy-Governor Edward Onoja, has outlined three factors that he said “confirms” Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the next Nigerian leader.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Onoja who expressed his optimism via a Facebook post on Wednesday, described Tinubu, as “the game in the play”.

He insinuated that the former governor of Lagos State receiving a lot of bashing online is a blessing.

“Three Things that confirms Jagaban’s (referring to Tinubu) victory is near!

1. When they make you the Topic;
It confirms you are on Top.

2. When they keep pointing at you;
It confirms you are ahead of the pack.

3. When your every move makes headlines;
It confirms you are their Boss.

“Make no mistake about it. HE Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu is the GAME in the PLAY. Tinubu is coming!” Onoja wrote.

  1. WHO WILL VOTE HIM? AND HOW WILL HE WIN? IS IT BASED ON MAJORITY VOTES
    OR WHAT? UPON HOW THINGS ARE NOW IN THE COUNTRY? HIS PARTY HAS
    INFLICTED PAINS IN THE LAND. THE COST OF LIVING NOW IS TOO HIGH.

    1. That’s because a very careful check on all the good things he had done had revealed that that he had enriched himself from the proceeds of the good things he had done
      For example, where did he get the tens of billions with which he had set up an extension of his party in the states of Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Ekiti and Edo? Those states he had set up as APC states were his bargaining chips, his’, not Lagos State’s from where he had amassed such funds; his share with which he had built his political legacy that had prompted him into making that “Emilokan” statement. When he was making that statement, he was focused on those number of shares (6 in number as against Buhari’s 2) which he had brought to the table. He had invested and did not pay a Kobo of his’ in the business, so where did the money come from. When I hear people referring to the guy who had played the central role in The God Father movies as the smartest of game players, I shake my head in disbelief… Me, I sorry for the real owners of Lagos. Bleed…
