WATCH: “Only when you vote for me, you will share in the Larger Cake” – Tinubu warns Igbos

The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has advised Igbos to vote for him or miss out on the ‘Larger Cake’.

Tinubu, who was in Enugu on Wednesday to seek votes from the region, explained that it was necessary for Igbo people to vote him into power, adding that nothing can stop a ‘moving train’.

In his words; “We want you to sweat well for this party until you deliver Victory, until Bola Tinubu became(sic) the President of the Federal republic of Nigeria. We will not give you but a slight clap or a socked slice of bread.”

“It is only when you vote for me, when you make him(Hope Uzodinma) governor, that you will share in the larger Cake of Nigeria’s Success. Don’t throway your votes.”

“It is only when you invest that you can harvest”.

The statement has been interpreted in some quarters as a subtle threat of exclusion from national benefits if Tinubu wins the Presidential elections without adequate support from the Igbos.

  1. No right thinking human being will vote you not that you’re not a good man but because of your health status. What Nigerians needs now is a healthy president that can move nigeria forward. Nigeria is shaking already so we don’t want a president that can not talk to the masses like Buhari. So for your larger cake hold it, all we want is nigeria to be good again. Equity and fairness simple.

  2. We will not also vote fir bcus you will follow Buhari ‘s legacy of killing Christians in Nigeria. We cannot vote fir a killer of people. There’s enough hardship in the land…we can’t add cannot add another Apc president to Buhari hardship. Larger cake ko, largest cake ni! Shaky shaky grand father, pèlè o Èmìlòkan.
