Nigeria Must Be Saved from One-Man Dictatorship in 2027 – ADC Chieftain, Momodu

A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dele Momodu, has emphasised the urgent need to save Nigeria from a one-man dictatorship.

Momodu made the call on Thursday, speaking ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He said, “I’m glad we still have a few people with a clear conscience who can reject the lure of making cheap money in politics.

“If my goal were to make money from politics, I would align with President Bola Tinubu and be at the forefront. But that is not my purpose.

“We must save Nigeria from a one-man dictatorship. The country needs recovery—it’s like taking a patient to the hospital.

“The doctors first ensure the patient recovers. Only then can they address what went wrong and begin planning developmental projects. That is the essence of politics,” he explained.
