JUST IN: ADC set to flag off nationwide membership registration

The leadership of the coalition party, the African Democratic Congress has announced the flag off of its nationwide membership registration.

Bolaji Abdullahi, the national publicity Secretary of the ADC in a post on X said the nationwide membership registration exercise will kick off on Thursday, February 12.

According to Abdullahi, this exercise marks a significant milestone in the party’s move to consolidate its structures and expansion among the grassroots.

He said the exercise is also an important effort towards strengthening ADC’s internal democratic structures as the party pushes for a people-oriented nation.

His words, “The African Democratic Congress (ADC) will tomorrow, 12th February 2026, officially flag off its nationwide membership registration exercise, marking a significant milestone in the consolidation of our party structures and grassroots expansion efforts.

“This marks an important step in strengthening our structures and deepening internal democracy as we build a people-powered movement across the country,” Abdullahi said.

He also noted that the flag-off event will take place at 10 am at the Barcelona Hotel in the Wuse 2 area of Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.
