Kano NNPP Ward Chairman Danja Officially Dumps Party

The Ward Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party in Ketawa Ward, Gezawa Local Government Area, Kano State, Isyaku Ali Danja, has officially resigned from the party with immediate effect.

In a resignation letter dated March 29, 2026, Danja said the decision followed careful consideration.

He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve as a party member and for the experiences and relationships he gained during his tenure.

The letter reads in part, “NOTICE OF RESIGNATION FROM NEW NIGERIA PEOPLES PARTY (NNPP)

“I, Rt. Hon. Isyaku Ali Danja, a registered member of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), hereby formally tender my resignation from the party with immediate effect.

“This decision has been made after careful consideration. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have been a member of the party and for the experience and relationships built during my time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”
