Atiku Abubakar’s son seeks mother’s blessing after picking ADC nomination form
Shortly after picking his Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms at the National Headquarters of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Adamu Atiku Abubakar visited his mother, Hajiya Titi for blessings.
Adamu, a son of the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar on Friday, purchased the party’s forms for his 2027 senatorial ambition.
Accompanied by family members, friends, political associates and supporters, the Adamawa Southern Senatorial aspirant visited his mother at her residence in Abuja.
Details of the visit were disclosed in a statement issued by Abdulaziz Mallam Jauro, the Administrative Personal Assistant and Media Team Lead for Adamu.
Jauro said, “In an emotional and motherly gesture, Hajiya Amina Titi Atiku Abubakar offered fervent prayers for divine guidance, protection, wisdom and overwhelming success for her dear son as he embarks on the journey to represent the people of Adamawa Southern Senatorial District.”
He also noted that Adamu’s visit to the Second Lady, reflects a son’s respect for his mother’s spiritual support towards his political endeavour.
“The visit reflected the deep values of family, respect and spiritual support that continue to define Hon. Adamu Atiku’s political journey and personal life,” Jauro said.
