Atiku submits 2027 presidential form at ADC secretariat [PHOTOS]
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has formally submitted his Expression of Interest and nomination forms for the 2027 presidential election.
The forms were received by leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
Atiku was accompanied by a large delegation of supporters and party loyalists who converged on the secretariat for the occasion.
In a post made on X shortly after the submission, the former vice president described the move as a decisive step in the quest to restore good governance to Nigeria.
“The march to restore prosperity and better days to our beloved nation took a firm and decisive step forward today at the National Secretariat of our great party, the African Democratic Congress.
“This is more than a political journey; it is a national movement rooted in hope, renewal, and the collective resolve to save Nigeria from despair,” Atiku wrote.
He called on Nigerians across all regions, faiths, and backgrounds to join the movement.
“Togther, we will restore the promise of our nation and bring good times back again,” he added.
