“Tinubu’s reforms repositioning Nigeria for growth” – Ondo governor declares
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state has congratulated President Bola Tinubu on his third anniversary in office, praising his administration’s economic reforms and development initiatives.
In a statement on Friday, Aiyedatiwa said Tinubu’s first three years as president have been marked by “courageous reforms, bold economic decisions, and a steadfast commitment to repositioning Nigeria on the path of sustainable growth and renewed hope”.
The governor said the administration had demonstrated that difficult policy decisions were necessary to secure the country’s future prosperity.
“Your leadership has demonstrated that tough but necessary choices, though challenging in the short term, are essential for securing a stronger and more prosperous future for generations to come,” he said.
Aiyedatiwa commended the president’s efforts in infrastructure development, fiscal discipline, energy sector reforms and national security.
“Under your administration, we have witnessed renewed focus on infrastructure development, fiscal discipline, energy sector reforms, and efforts to strengthen national security,” he said.
The Ondo governor said Tinubu continued to inspire confidence in the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its Renewed Hope Agenda.
“As a leader of the All Progressives Congress, you continue to inspire confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda and in the capacity of our party to deliver good governance to Nigerians,” he said.
Aiyedatiwa pledged the support of Ondo state for federal government policies and programmes aimed at improving the welfare of citizens.
“Ondo State remains fully aligned with your vision and will continue to support federal policies and programmes aimed at improving the lives of our people.
“We are proud to be part of a nation under your stewardship, where equity, inclusiveness, and progress are being pursued with determination,” he said.
