Northern APC Governor Suspends Four Aides

Jigawa State Governor Umar Namadi has suspended four of his political aides indefinitely.

Governor Namadi is a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

The decision was announced in a government statement issued on Monday, signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Bala Ibrahim.

The statement confirmed that the suspension takes immediate effect but did not disclose any reason for the action.

Those affected are Abbas Makama, who served as Senior Special Assistant on Flood Control I; Salisu Muhammad, popularly known as Rosy Auyo, the Special Assistant on Entrepreneurship; Ibrahim Yunusa, the Special Assistant on Basic Education Monitoring III; and Umar Abdulkadir, also known as Alhaji Bullet Auyo, who served as Special Assistant on Cluster Farming.
