A revered Islamic figure in Ondo State, Alhaji Ibrahim Bodunde Oyinlade, has been kidnapped.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the Islamic leader is known for his influential role as the Chief Imam of Uso community, located in the Owo Local Government Area.
According to a report by Sunshine Truth, the incident occurred at Asolo Farm Camp in Uso, precisely at 3:00 pm on Saturday.
The circumstances surrounding the abduction remain unclear, leaving the community and authorities deeply concerned about Oyinlade’s safety.
At present, the family of the Islamic cleric has confirmed that the kidnappers have contacted them. However, no specific ransom demands have been made known to them as of when this report was filed.
