Abubakar Imam Galadanchi has been declared dead, Daily Trust reports.
The deceased until his death was the father-in-law to the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar.
He was also father-in-law to the Emir of Bichi in Kano state, Alhaji Nasir Ado Bayero.
The deceased died in London after a protracted illness.
The news of his death was disclosed to journalists on Saturday, July 8, by the Public Relations Officer of the Sultanate Council, Aminu Haliru.
According to him, the Sultan and the Emir of Bichi were married to the deceased daughters.
