“Tinubu defeated you in 2023” – Atiku’s former aide chides ex-VP

Daniel Bwala, a former aide to Atiku Abubakar, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has thrown a shade on his former boss’s comment ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
Bwala, in a reaction to the former vice president’s prediction that President Bola Tinubu’s re-election is dead on arrival, said his boss had suffered defeat while contesting alongside the president.
Recall that Atiku while appearing as a guest on Arise Television on Wednesday said that with a coalition candidate, the 2027 election is secured for the ADC.
However, in a post made on X, Bwala said, “My former boss @atiku said “with a coalition candidate, President Tinubu @officialABAT is dead on arrival. Lol
“But we know you are the coalition candidate YET (no vex sir), he defeated you in 2023 when you had governors, states, and structures. These governors, states and structures are with him,” Bwala said.
Further stating that the president cannot be bothered or lose sleep over the activities of the ADC leaders and members, Bwala described the coalition as a platform of aggrieved stateless party leaders.
“With a coalition of aggrieved “STATELESS” leaders, I doubt if President Tinubu would bother to check the scoreboard on the day,” Bwala noted.
