Another frontline Ondo gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Segun Abraham, has announced his support for the state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu.
POLITICS NIGERIA gathered that Abraham made this known when stepped down for the governor after a meeting in the Ondo state Government house on Sunday night.
This is coming hours after another aspirant, Engr. Ifeoluwa Oyedele, stepped down for the governor. He made this known shortly after both men emerged from a meeting also on Sunday night.
Meanwhile, two more governorship aspirants in the APC in Ondo State have stepped down for Governor Akeredolu.
They include Jimi Odimayo and Dr Nathaniel Adojutelegan. The aspirants said that they took the decision in a bid to move the party forward.
