Terrorists, known locally as bandits, have launched a brutal attack on Dankade village in Danko Wasagu Local Government Area (LGA) of Kebbi State, northwest Nigeria.
POLITICS NIGERIA learnt that the bandits operated unchallenged from 3pm to 7pm on Friday.

This bandits’ attack is coming less than 72 hours after the terrorists killed a police officer and abducted many on the axis of Tumburku and Yar Kuka respectively under Danko/Wasagu LGA of Kebbi State.
It is not yet clear the exact number of people killed.
Authorities have not issued any statement regarding this latest attack in Kebbi.
In recent times, northern Nigerian states like Kebbi, Zamfara, Kaduna, Sokoto, Niger and Kaduna have witnessed incessant attacks by terrorists. These lawbreakers have killed thousands of people, kidnapped hundreds and displaced thousands from their homes.
It will be hard to solve the menace of killings in the north of Nigeria, because people in and out of government,now use it to loot the treasury in billions.Payment of ransom amplified it. It will take a clean minded new leadership, to stop the rot.Thats in future, not this government.
