The trial of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), earlier scheduled to continue tomorrow, Thursday, has been adjourned to June 28 2022, POLITICS NIGERIA reports.

This newspaper understands that the postponement was because the presiding Judge, Justice Binta Nyako, is indisposed.

Providing an update via his known Twitter handle on Wednesday, Kanu’s lawyer, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, wrote: “Please be informed that we have just received communication from the Federal High Court’s Registrar, notifying us that the Court will no longer be sitting tomorrow, 26th May, 2022, on Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case.

“According to the Registrar, this is because His lordship, Justice Binta Nyako is indisposed, and as such, the matter is now adjourned to the 28th day of June, 2022 for Ruling/Hearing. We most respectfully, urge you all to maintain restraint, as you have always done. Keep your eyes on the ball, which is the freedom of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

“Also, please note that Justice delayed is not justice denied. We are aggressively cruising to victory, it is only a matter of time.We profoundly appreciate your solidarity, unflinching support and prayers, which have been sustaining us thus far. Please do not relent in your prayers, we do not take it for granted.

“We shall continue to keep you all informed as events unfold.”

  1. UNLEARNED CHILDISH COUNSELS.

It is the beginning of the THROWBACKS at manifestations of CHILDISH and unethical behaviour of supposed learned lawyers.

WHY ARE WE NOT SHOWN PICTURES OF ANOTHER ROUND OF FRENZY JUBILATIONS INSIDE THE COURT ROOM BY PEOPLE IN WIGS DSIPLAYNG STREET URCHINS MENTALITY.

The waiting game has just started. I recall we were told by the half wit lawyers that their recalcitrant TODDLER brain was to be released today and I had WARNED that they do not know what was coming their way. The adjournment is the first salvo in the direction of UNCERTAINTY with, continued INCARCERATION of a CAPTURED fugitive Dunce Nnamdi Kanu, the terrorist.

Binta Nyako would either not recover early enough and or the matter given to another judge to ELONGATE his stay as the guest of security services.

MORE COMING THE WAY OF COMBINED GROUP OF BOTH DUMMY CLIENT AND LAWYERS.
