BREAKING: TCN workers threaten shutdown over sack of former MD


Organised labour unions at the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN, have threatened to shut down operations over the sack of the former Managing Director of the company, Usman Gur Mohammed.

This newspaper reports that the federal government had sacked Mohammed and has been replaced by Sule Abdulaziz. This development was announced via a statement issued by the Minister of Power, Mamman Sale, signed by his spokesman, Artimas Aaron on Tuesday evening.
