The Trade Union Congress (TUC) of Nigeria has lost one of its chairman in Monday’s attack on the Abuja-Kaduna bound train.
The Kwara state chairman on the group was among the passengers killed when terrorists attacked an Abuja-Kaduna train and abducted scores of passengers on Monday evening. This newspaper also learnt that the group lost is Secretary-General, Musa Ozigi too.
Comrade Akinsola Akinwunmi, was unfortunately shot dead by the gunmen.
“We lost our SG (Secretary-general) and the Kwara State Chairman,” a source said on Tuesday.
“Barrister Musa-Lawal Ozigi is dead. He was among those who were attacked yesterday by bandits in Kaduna-Abuja railway.”
