State Congress Electoral Committee Chairman, Engr. Benson Abounu, announced the cancellation.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the election had to be cancelled as thugs invaded the Tafawa Balewa Square, where the exercise was holding with weapons, and pandemonium followed.
