Former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melya has called on the Lagos state government to release popular Comedian, Mr. Macaroni.
Macaroni alongside several other protesters were arrested on Saturday morning at Lekki Toll gate as they embarked on a Peaceful Protest against the re-opening of the toll gate.
The #OccupyLekkiTollGate Protest was off to a terrible start as the fierce-looking police officers began arresting and detaining protesters. Melaye stated;
“Federal Government must release Debo Macaroni and others immediately or be ready to arrest millions of us across the country.”
“Peaceful protest is one of the inalienable rights we enjoy as enshrined in our constitution, The Africa chatter on People’s right and United Nation….SDM”.
