Ebere Ihedioha, wife to Governor Emeka Ihedioha who was recently sacked as Imo state governor by the Supreme Court on Tuesday has finally reacted to the court ruling.
In a unanimous judgment yesterday, the Supreme court sacked Emeka Ihedioha as Governor of the State and declared Hope Uzodinma winner.
It further ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to withdraw the certificate of return from former Governor, Emeka Ihedioha and issue Uzodinma certificate of return as governor of the state.
According to Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun who delivered the judgement, the votes due to Uzodinma and APC from 318 polling units were wrongly excluded and should be added.
However, the former First Lady who shared a picture of her husband, assured him that she will stand by him.
