  1. HAHAHAHA…… NO!, there is a problem somewhere, every system has gone. Something has gone wrong. I was just laughing when I was listening to the judgement and the pronouncements, as far as I am concerned, That Tribunal judgement was not LEGIBLE. It was lopsided…..there is no how A Higher certificate that was issued without obtaining a predecease should be rated above it. It means that the HIGHER was obtained by false pretense.

      1. God is also watching them whom malice and phobia have blinded to reason and logic, who see evil in any verdict that favour the object of their phobia.

  6. Nonsense! That thing in Aso rock never won 2019 presidential election, Nigeria has shown herself again to the world. I keep saying it that Nigeria is not a country but a company owned by fulani herdsmen ,look at what someone that call himself a judge opened mouth and vomit, no more regards for Nigeria judiciary because they have sold their pride for penny. Charge and bail idiots parading themselves as judges. You all will receive your rewards for evil you have committed in this zoo

    1. The judgement is well-reasoned, sound and almost unassailable. But Buhariphobists, most of them across the Niger would see evil in the judgement. they say Buhari had no certificate, yet he was a major general in Nigeria arm when it was a profound achievement to be a major in the Army; he was trained in highly rated military schools in India, UK and the US; he was not trained to school certificate level, yet he contested for this same position requiring this same qualification four times before he succeeded at the 4th time; yet the issue of certificate was never an issue at those times. Indeed, what type of people would rate some one who was eased out of the Custom service over a former head of state cum minister cum chairman of PTF.; if I were a head of service holding position that required a degree and asked to present my 1st school leaving certificate which was lost more than half a century ago and I could not really locate the circumstances of its loss; yet some numskull, in a very barren, senseless and illogical argument say that my inability to produce the certificate should be read as my non-possession of the very basic threshold qualification. President Buhari does not seem a successful president; I see him as too ethnocentric, lackadaisical, superficial and unimpressive. But that does not mean we should call him the name he is not. The PDP failed this nation, the APC is proving a larger failure. What an unfortunate nation to have been led to this cul-de-sac, precipitous state by unintelligent leadership since the coup of 1966.

    1. Of course, he has never had any good evidence. first it was the server and the results they manufactured and claimed it was illicitly got from the server; then the certificate issue; they said that he has not read up to the school certificate level, he, a former major general in the old highly professional, competent Nigerian Army who had gone through elitist trainings in the best high ranking military schools in the UK, US and India, a former civilian head of state, a former military head of state, a former minister, a former head of the PTF. they took no notice of Senator Adeleke’s exoneration. these lawyers were feeding fat on the petitioners when they knew he had little chance of victory. they are heading for the supreme court probably hoping to influence judgement in their favour. that verdict was generous; otherwise, it would have recommended prosecution for illegal hacking into INEC website, not server.
