Niger Delta agitator, Asari Dokubo, says President Bola Tinubu would sack more heads of government agencies that “have been working against the progress of the country” in the coming days.
Dokubo was reacting to the suspensions of Godwin Emefiele as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor and Abdulrasheed Bawa as the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in an interview with journalists at the villa on Friday.
Dokubo noted that Emefiele and Bawa’s sacking are only a tip of the iceberg.
“Emefiele is gone, Bawa is gone, so more heads will roll,” Dokubo declared.
“Those who are standing as an impediment to the good and progress of this country, Mr President will not dili-dali with them.
“Mr President will kick all those against the progress of this country out, and when he does that we have the courage to get rid of oil theft,” he added.
