The Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has spoken on the happenings surrounding the spread Coronavirus pandemic in his state.
Speaking on Tuesday via his official Twitter handle, Mr Makinde said Oyo now has a total of 244 cases despite efforts by authorities to curb the deadly pandemic. He added that the state has already recorded four new cases of coronavirus today.
He noted that two are from iSON Xperiences and one case each from Ibadan South West and Egbeda Local Government Areas of the state.
“The COVID-19 confirmation tests for four suspected cases came back POSITIVE.“Two are from iSON Xperiences and one case each from Ibadan South West and Egbeda Local Government Areas. So, the total number of confirmed cases in Oyo State is 244.
