The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has said only those whose appointed time has come will die of Covid-19.
The clergyman made this known during the Sunday sermon televised for members of the church across the world.
“God assured that only who appointed time has come will die. If your time has not come, enjoy the holiday. I am enjoying my own holiday,” he said.
Pastor Adeboye also reiterated his initial stance that the pandemic is an attempt by God to show His supremacy.
He also reacted to widespread criticisms by people who doubted his Revelation.
“I remember saying to the almighty God that if there are those who won’t believe. God told me that it does not matter. I repeat that the whole world will embark on a holiday so that God to prove that he is in charge.”
He, however, admonished the virtual audience that the outbreak will soon be over noting that his international engagements scheduled for April were cancelled.
