PDP chieftain accuses Tinubu of being ethnically biased in ministerial appointments

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Segun Sowunmi, has accused President Bola Tinubu of giving the juiciest appointments in his government to the Yoruba while ignoring other ethnic groups in the country.

Sowunmi, while speaking in a recent interview, said he is not comfortable with the current patterns of appointment as all the best cherries are given to the Yorubas.

His words:

“I have looked at the people he (President Tinubu) is putting together. I am a little bit uncomfortable with the fact that, if I’ll be honest with you, we are both Yoruba men; it is beginning to seem that our people are going to get the best of the cherries.

“I can tell you the things we have gotten already and the things we are likely to get.

“We are in charge of Customs, Police, Army, CBN, IRS, Taxation, and Appropriation. Have we become such a people that we can only be fair when we are talking of other people?

“I am beginning to see a pattern that all of the things coming to us. What we would not accept from Buhari, who was even fairer to us than he was to his people, we must be brave enough to say this is not the right thing to go even for us.”

He also tackled Tinubu for giving the southeast only five slots in his Ministerial appointment while some regions got 10.

Segun Sowunmi expressed the double speak in his cranium with a loud cavity for the emptiest rhetoric.

THE MEDIUM GOON WHO COULD NOT WIN ELECTION IN HIS OWN CONCLAVE ATTACKED AND CONDEMNED OTHERS WHO WERE WAYS BETTER THAN THE WASTEFUL PERSONALITY HE EXUDES.

Jealousy with ill envy will ruin this uncouth loudmouth.
