In a spirited display of support for the Super Eagles in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), the National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dayo Israel, has transformed the APC national secretariat in Abuja into a vibrant viewing center for the team’s semifinal clash against South Africa.

In addition to the festive atmosphere, Israel procured a live cow for barbecue festivities.

Announcing the special AFCON viewing party on his social media account, Israel invited APC youths and non-members to join the celebration at the APC National Secretariat in Wuse, Abuja.

He said the event, scheduled for Wednesday, will feature a red carpet starting at 4 p.m., with the live match kicking off at 6 p.m.

Emphasizing the event’s inclusivity, Israel encouraged all Nigerians, especially the youth, to attend the watch party, regardless of party or political affiliations.

According to him, attendees can expect a lively atmosphere with refreshments, including drinks, Asun (spiced grilled goat meat), and Suya (grilled skewered meat).

The highlight of the festivities is the live cow procured for barbecue.

His words: ”Join us at the special #AFCON2024 Semi-Final Match Watch Party organised by @apcngyouthwing! On Weds 7th February. Everyone is invited, and it’s free entry/open to all Nigerians, especially the Youth.
