The Supreme Court has reaffirmed the election of Okezie Ikpeazu as Abia Governor and Ifeanyi Okowa as Delta State Governor.
The apex court delivered the judgements on Wednesday in Abuja.
Okowa had defeated the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chief Great Ogboru in the March 9 Gubernatorial election.
Not satisfied with the outcome fo the poll, Ogboru dragged Okowa to tribunal challenging his victory and lost at both the Lower Tribunal and Court of Appeal before proceeding to the Apex court to challenge the verdict of the Lower Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
