Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, has congratulated Hilda Baci for being officially recognised as a world record holder by Guinness World Records.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that in a statement, Obi emphasised that her affirmation serves as a powerful reminder that excellence is the key to success in any endeavour.
Using his official Twitter account, Obi expressed his admiration, stating, “Congratulations to you Hilda Baci @hildabacicooks on breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time by an individual. Your unwavering belief in your vision and your relentless perseverance have now etched your name in the annals of history, bringing immense honour to our nation. Your victory serves as a poignant reminder that the path to victory in any pursuit must be paved with excellence. By embodying hard work and determination, you have shattered a world record and become an inspiration to millions around the globe.”
The presidential candidate also reiterated his commitment to fostering a new Nigeria that offers Nigerian youth various noble and productive platforms to pursue their dreams and compete successfully on an international scale.

It should be noted that Peter Obi, along with the Labour Party, challenged the victory of Bola Tinubu from the ruling All Progressives Congress in the February 25 presidential election, following the declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Action Alliance (AA), Allied Peoples Movement (APM), and Action Peoples Party (APP) also submitted petitions contesting Tinubu’s win.

From Akwa Ibom State, Hilda Baci achieved this remarkable feat by cooking continuously for an impressive duration of 93 hours and 11 minutes.
