The Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde on Monday announced the reshuffling of members of his cabinet.
The governor announced this in a letter signed by his chief of staff, Segun Ogunwuyi.
According to Makinde’s chief of staff, movement of the affected appointees within the governor’s cabinet is with immediate effect.
Ogumwuyi also said that the governor has admonished all members of his cabinet to remain committed to discharging their duties with total loyalty to the state.
Below is a full list of the affected appointees
1 Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Seun Ashamu will move to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources
2 The current Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Abdulmojeed Mogbonjubola will move to the Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure and Transport
3 The Commissioner for Public Works, Dahud Shangodoyin has been redeployed to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
4 The Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Solihu Adelabu, has been moved to the Ministry of Establishments and Training
5 The Commissioner for Establishments, Segun Olayiwola will now handle the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
