The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat was recently seen apprehending Traffic Offenders in Lagos.
Hamzat was on his way to Lasu to deliver a lecture when he apprehended road users passing one way from Carter bridge axis down to Mile 2 axis.
The Deputy Governor took his time to educate the motorists of the danger of disobeying traffic rules. One notable scene was when an offender fell on his knees, begging Mr Hamzat for mercy, apologizing profusely for his wrongdoing.
