Niger-Delta militant leader, Mujahid Dokubo-Asari has said he cannot compare himself with other prominent Southern figures like Nnamdi Kanu and Peter Obi because ‘unlike them’, he owns businesses.
Speaking during a Facebook Live on Tuesday monitored by POLITICS NIGERIA, Dokubo stated that he has never had a course to be invited by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) or other related agencies.
“How can I compare myself with those people, Peter Obi, Nnamdi Kanu and so on? How can I? What business do they do? I don’t drink, I don’t smoke. I have never smoked, I have never taken alcohol, and I have never been in any position (political status).
“In fact, EFCC cannot look for me,” Dokubo said.
Dokubo often speaks against Kanu who is the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party for the 2023 election. He brands both men scammers.
