Tajudeen Bakare, the leader of Ogboni group, who was arrested in July during the Yoruba Nation rally in Ojota, Lagos, has said that he decided against disappearing when police seized him.
According to him, due to the fact that he was arrested alongside some other persons, he deemed it fit not to disappear.
Bakare said he is bewildered about the murder charges leveled against him by the state’s authorities, considering he had no gun in his possession during the time of his arrest.
”We were not arrested at the Yoruba Nation rally ground. And I did not kill anybody. Or how is it possible for someone who does not have a gun on him to shoot another person to death?” Bakare said in a recent interview with BBC News Yoruba.
Bakare submitted that still, he is not deterred, and in the event another Yoruba Nation rally happens, he will be actively present.

You couldn’t have done that because your fraternity didn’t permit you to do that. The law of Nature doesn’t permit you to protest demonstrate against the Government openly. If you had done that you would have found yourself in a different dimension.
Governments are always in position representing parents where the children will not have a thought to secede from. Let tread with caution and pray to our creator for help . Long Governments away we have hope for better but instead we are left to be thankful to each past regime. We have seen thousands of excuses that u will be giving to us like the present regime gives. if u guys gets the power where is the assurance for our dear freedoms.
Yes, we are presently experiencing a bad killer economy in our life time, unsafe life and property but we have freedom of religion. Unlike your declaration that religious has been your problem ( labelled foreign religious ) forgotten that even free thinking and idol worship are religious that are even more foreign to every man.
