The immediate past National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adams Oshiomhole, on Monday, narrowly escaped death by whiskers.
It was gathered that a trailer ran into the convoy of the former Governor of Edo state, destroyed his car, and killed two policemen who were part of his escort along the Benin bye-pass in Benin, the state capital.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that this is coming 24-hours after Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo state escaped unhurt after his convoy was attacked by a group of armed robbers at Erua Village in Uhunmwode Local Government Area of the state.
It was learned that security operatives repelled the attackers who attempted to block his convoy near the Jehovah’s Witness international headquarters, adjacent Ehor town.
