The governor of Ondo state, Rotimi Akeredolu, celebrated his 67th birthday on Friday, July 21.
Via Twitter on Friday, Governor Akeredolu, who has been sick for a while, thanked God for numerous favours, one of which is attaining his new age.
He tweeted: “Which of the favours of the Lord can I deny? Chapter 67 To God be the Laud, Honour and Glory!!!”
Also, his wife, Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, shared a picture with her husband to celebrate him on this special day.
Sharing a picture of the governor in a wheelchair, she wrote, “Aketi dey kampe! Victory for us!”
The governor is currently on medical leave, while his deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, holds sway in the southwest state.
