The Sole Administrator of Ideato North Local Government Area (LGA) of Imo State, Christopher Ohizu has been abducted by some so-called ‘Unknown Gunmen’.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Ohizu’s residence was also burnt down in the attack on Friday.
Two other persons were also kidnapped by the criminals.
“The house of the Ideato-north sole administrator has been burnt down and he was kidnapped with a bullet wound on his leg,” a resident who pleaded anonymity said.
“We are now living at the mercy of God. You need to see how the house was razed to ashes. Cars and property were not spared. No single pin was brought out of the house.
“I call again on the government of Imo state to come to our rescue before these bandits finish all of us here.”
